Radical Resilience is a 2 hour Qigong and Meditation Workshop.

Come join Kristen and Jen on Saturday March 16th from 11 to 1 at Quiet Mind studio in Wellfleet. We will explore the development of resilience through the practice of Qigong and Meditation. All Levels Welcome!



In the first part of the workshop Kristen will lead the “Ten Phases of Cultivating and Mastering Qi” sequence. Qigong was developed thousands of years ago in China and is an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine. Qi translates to ‘life force’ and gong ‘to cultivate.’ Today’s teaching will include self-massage, gentle movement, breath, and focused intention to enhance the integration of our three treasures: body, mind and spirit. This will prepare us for part 2 of the workshop lead by Jen. A guided meditation with the theme of radical resilience. How do we develop the capacity to withstand and recover from hardship. How do we find within ourselves the strength and creativity to foster positive change for ourselves and the world.

We will save time for questions and discussion.


Comfortable clothing, curiosity and a sense of adventures is all that’s required. All levels of experience are welcomed.
