COVID-19 Guidelines

Our top priority is to keep you, our teachers and our community healthy. We believe in a comprehensive approach to personal and community health including vaccination, time in nature, healthful eating, joyful physical activity, mindful stress reduction, fresh air, laughter, self-reflection, meaningful relationships, etc. Please, take care of yourselves & take care of each other! Please, stay home if you are sick.

Here are our current safety protocols. These measures will update as conditions change. The studio will always follow local public health mandates.

Rules and Guidelines as of March 25, 2022.

In-Studio Classes and Services:

  • Mask/Vaccination are NOT Required -Per the Board of Health,  Wellfleet is currently NOT REQUIRING masks be worn indoors. It is wonderful to be in community and see each others faces! However, you are welcome to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable.
  • HEPA Filtration/Air Quality – The air in the studio circulated and  filtered by a HEPA filter that runs during all sessions. When weather allows windows and doors may be opened to further increase airflow.
  • Distancing -There is no social distancing requirement. Please work with fellow students and teachers to allow maximum physical distancing between mats.
  • Mat/Prop Use – Please bring your own mat if you have one (it's a great investment in your health). We do have props and a limited number of mats to borrow at your own risk. Virus transmission has been shown to be airborne only. New variants have yet to emerge with increased risk for surface contact transmission, but that is not impossible.
  • Registration -Class sizes are limited. Please register prior to arriving at the studio. Drop-in students will be accommodated only as space allows.
  • Managing Higher Risk? -If you or a loved one is at higher risk and you require service with a masked, vaccinated practitioner or teacher and/or Covid-19 testing before service, we can accomodate you for private yoga, meditation or bodywork appointments.

Outdoor Classes & Activities

  • Mask/Vaccination are NOT Required.  There is plenty of space and abundant fresh air in the outdoor practice. Risk of virus transmission in this setting is absolutely minimal. It is wonderful to be in community and see each others faces! However, you are welcome to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable.
  • Mat/Prop Use – Bring your own Mat, or towel, or blanket. Classes are sequenced so as not to require props, but bring your own if you know you want to have them.
  • Registration -If you plan to come in person, please register prior to arriving to the class. This allows for contact-less payment, alternatively payment can be made on site via Venmo or PayPal.
