Yogic breathing (Pranayama) is powerful medicine for physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. In this highly experiential workshop, we explore a variety of breath-based practices, not typically taught in yoga classes.

 

Immersed in these practices, you acquire skills and knowledge to utilize the right technique, for the right purpose, at the right time. You gain skills to adapt your pranayama practice to match the pace of your life.
Wiithin your breath dwells the possibility for healing, personal growth, enhanced creativity, increased intelligence and wisdom, and attunement to intuition.
