Join Barbara to start your new year with a new practice. Explore and have fun learning this simple, five movement approach to traditional Tai Chi. These classes are carefully developed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages and physical conditions. Tai Chi Easy™ can be practiced seated or standing (we will practice both). The slow and gentle mindful movements can aid in stress reduction, better balance, and mental focus.

 

Participants will take away a healthful practice to incorporate at home.

 

Wear comfortable clothing.

 

No previous Tai Chi experience necessary.
