Join Lee and Susan on a physical, energetic and meditative journey to balance the chakras- the 7 energy centers in the body. This workshop will include discussion on the subtle energy of each Chakra, blockages or imbalances, how to create balance and support ourselves.  We will continue through a yoga flow of movement, breath, mudra  and conclude with a guided meditation to balance and align your chakras. This session is designed to balance the chakras and to stretch, unwind and open up the energy lines in the body. We balance our chakras in order to clean up congestion that may be getting in the way of living our best life. When the energy of the body is balanced and flows freely negative feelings and thoughts as well as physical ailments are less likely to manifest. The chakra system is a guide to wholeness and integration of body, mind and spirit.
