LEE WOTHERSPOON & SUSAN GOLIGOSKI
In Studio: YOGA WORKSHOP
TUESDAY, DEC. 21 5PM-7PM
Join Lee and Susan on the shortest day and longest night to celebrate the winter solstice! As we mark or our return to the light, this sweet practice will cultivate a bright inner light to guide us through the winter. The evening is inspired by time-honored traditions of honoring the solstice with ritual and celebration.
Weather permitting, we will begin and end around a blazing fire overlooking Duck Creek. In the studio we will gather by candlelight for a warming sequence of breath, movement and yoga flow followed by guided meditation, reflective writing and deep restorative poses. If we are lucky, we will catch the rising moon and share a cup of warming ginger tea under the stars.
We hope you will join us and let light inspire and delight you in this moment of transition.

In Studio: YIN & YOGA NIDRA
SATURDAY, January. 18 11AM-1PM $35
This workshop will give you the time, space, and focus to quiet the active thinking mind so that you can re-connect with the wise part of your being.
In the first part of the workshop, Jen will lead a Yin yoga sequence. In Yin Yoga, poses are done sitting or lying down with the support of props and are held for an extended period of time.
Kristen will then lead Yoga Nidra, a powerful, guided meditation that systematically relaxes you at every level of being. Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, and nature imagery, Yoga Nidra invites you into a conscious deep sleep for physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual relaxation.
