Garden Classes @ Preservation Hall (335 Main Street, Wellfleet, MA 02667)

Experience a yoga practice elevated by the beauty around us! Meet us at the beach or in the garden for joyful morning classes. All levels welcome to join in an hour of movement, posture and breath. This is broad-spectrum class appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Basic and intermediate yoga poses are explored in ways that bring alignment to body, mind, and spirit. Find the fine balance between effort and ease - between determination and surrender. Yoga builds capacity for both. And being outside is glorious!

Beach classes are held on Mayo Beach at Wellfleet Harbor just a few yards west of Macs at the Pier. Garden classes are held in the backyard at Wellfleet Preservation Hall (335, Main Street) Bring your own towel/mat and water bottle.

You are welcome to wear a mask if it makes you more comfortable to be in shared space. We recommend you wear a mask in studio when not on your mat. If state or local regulations change to require indoor masking due to increased incidence of the virus in our community, we will comply immediately.
